Description of the Workshop

Raise test scores and motivate student learning with this powerful hands on workshop. Elaine has a host of exciting games that will engage students, meet the standards, and allow you to assess learning in any area of the curriculum including reading/language arts, math, science, and social studies.

Research in brain based learning shows that students learn better with practice that is cooperative, fun, and where the students get immediate feedback. Elaine's exciting games use inexpensive materials and can be made by students. Teachers will make a host of games in this workshop to take back and use right away and will be able to trace shapes for their students to make more games. Use the games as a spiral review to stop the learning and forgetting.
