Description of the Workshop

This is one workshop you don't want to miss. Judy has been in high demand from schools in her state to do reading workshops where she shares instructional strategies that work, as well as fun activities to motivate students. This is definitely a hands-on workshop and you will leave with ideas and materials to use the next day in your own classroom.

Judy's powerful reading strategies will address difficulties faced by students due to skill related issues. Raise test scores as you make reading/language arts fun for you and your students. Judy has a host of creative ideas that teachers love.

• Certificates showing 5 hours of professional development will be given to all participants.
• For those wanting graduate credit, Chapman University forms will be available at the workshop for 1 graduate non degree seeking credit per 5 hour workshop with an additional 15 hour practicum. The registration fee is $179 per person.
Group Discount: For groups of 3 or more attending the same workshop from the same school, the registration fee is $169 per person.

Trainer About the Trainer

Judy Massey has presented a host of reading and writing workshops and she is excited about this one. She has so many wonderful activities, games and strategies to share with you.

Judy likes to add humor to her workshops which makes it a fun day for teachers, as they learn new strategies that make a difference with their students. For the past few years she has been in high demand working as a staff developer for her school district, traveling from school to school.

In addition, she has traveled and presented reading and writing workshops for Educators Training Network both at hotels and at school sites.
