Description of the Workshop

This workshop is specially designed to give teachers the tools and strategies to improve their students' ability to organize their thoughts and put their ideas on paper. Cindy will share tips and techniques to strengthen student writing, improve spelling and motivate students to write more.

Included in this workshop will be how to use literature as a catalyst for writing, how to publish student writing and how to use a student editing checklist. Don't miss this chance to gain strategies to use in your writing program right away.

For those wanting graduate credit, Chapman University forms will be available at the workshop for 1 graduate non degree seeking credit per 5 hour workshop with an additional 15 hour practicum.
